3. Data Processing

Research data is processed through our bioinformatics pipeline to generate analysis results and reports. We do not share your research data with third parties except as necessary for service provision.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

Research data is retained according to your subscription plan. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. You may request data export or deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

We use: Microsoft Entra ID (authentication), SumUp (payments), and S3-compatible storage (file storage). Each has its own privacy policy.
